About Resurgence

Resurgence is an award-winning, non-profit social enterprise specialising in urban climate risk, communication, and resilience across the Global South. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, we operate across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. For over a decade, we have transformed how vulnerable populations access and act on weather and climate information — working with governments, meteorological agencies, Red Cross societies, and community organisations to translate complex forecasts into clear, actionable early warnings for floods, heatwaves, droughts, and sand storms. Our donors and partners are blue-chip organisations and include the Lloyd’s Register Foundation, UK FCDO, the Met Office WISER Programme and the World Food Programme (WFP), with whom we have a new global partnership.

Resurgence is entering an ambitious new phase of growth, with a vision to ensure that up to one billion people benefit from life-saving early warning information and actionable climate intelligence. We are seeking exceptional leaders who share our commitment to inclusive climate resilience.
