Climate services are expanding but they are not embedded in systems that sustain impact.

Many initiatives remain fragmented or short-term, often failing to build the institutional capacity and local ownership needed for long-term resilience.

Our impact

Drawing on long-term partnerships with the World Bank, Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA), and JBA Risk Management — and a new five-year long term agreement with the World Food Programme — Resurgence brings strategic depth and on-the-ground experience to every advisory engagement. This ensures local ownership, financial viability, and long-term impact.
