Resurgence welcomes Dr Nuha Eltinay, in MENA Region, as Board Advisor

We’re delighted to welcome Dr Nuha Eltinay as Advisor to our Board and representative in MENA for  Resurgence.

Nuha brings to us her deep expertise on Disaster Risk Reduction in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region.

Previously she undertook skilled work as a Senior Urban Development Specialist for the World Bank MENA Urban and DRM Unit and provided consultations on Urban Resilience Assessments for several international organisations such as the ODI and the UNDRR.

Nuha is also a Fellow Member for the Institute of Strategic Risk Management – Advisory Council and held the position of the Director of Urban Planning and Sustainable Development at the Arab Urban Development Institute (a leading key initiative on Smart Cities and Smart Citizenry). 

Nuha will be applying her experience in urban resilience to our DARAJA work and also our wider risk consulting offering.
