Introducing Vizonomy Europe
The dynamic open data platform built to allow cities to assess and communicate the risk posed by floods and sea-level rise as our climate rapidly evolves.
Explore a demo of Vizonomy US video on Vimeo for a taster of what we plan to make available to European cities and to extend by integrating it with the open financial module of the Oasis Loss Modelling Framework.
The City Level Module below uses local GIS data sets in the U.S. as well as global OpenStreet Map data to conduct exposure assessments on sea level rise and flood scenarios. You can select a city or neighborhood or draw their own polygon to then see the number of assets exposed to each scenario, and layer exposure by infrastructure type e.g : transport, energy, emergency services, government facilities or communications installations.

The Building Level Module below provides you with estimated financial losses based on the structure type, occupancy and flood hazard type. In Europe it will also use an open financial module developed by the Oasis Loss Modelling Framework.
